The 118Guarantee
The 118Guarantee is a national consumer guarantee program designed to lower the risk of hiring contractors, plumbers, mechanics and many other qualified service-based businesses.
If a consumer is not satisfied with the service provided by a participating 118Guarantee business, 118 Telecom will work to resolve any issues or, if unable to resolve the issue, 118 Telecom will reimburse the consumer up to £300. Ask your contractor to leave you with the 118 Guarantee in writing.
